A ...Some P2P networks function well, others don’t. A lot has to with audience density, and this has a lot to do with quality of content, consistency, and finding and nurturing a community of like-minded webheads. Most moblogs, blogs, podcasts, etc. are really P2V (person-to-void). The folks who create them haven’t taken the time to think through the issue of audience development. They want to compel and opine yet show few signs of having been compelled or having listened to the opinions of others. I’ve seen online communities of interest function well, but more often than not they’re not real “communities” at all. It takes significant time and effort.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
